Russian Scientific Journals under the Magnifying Glass of Dissernet: “Fight for Purity of Science” or “Pure Chatter”?

In article the new project "Free network community of experts, researchers and reporters Dissernet under the name "The Russian Scientific Magazines under a Magnifying Glass of Dissernet" is analyzed. On the basis of the analysis of statistical data of the Russian Index of Scientific Citing (RISC), modern practice of activity of editorial offices of scientific magazines, other open sources, in article the conclusion about insolvency of the methods which are been by Dissernet the basis for ranging of scientific magazines of Russia is drawn. In article it is also suggested about existence of "factory of mysterious publications" which direct participant presumably is the founder of Dissernet A. A. Rostovtsev.
